We can’t guarantee removal. Each platform, search engine or host makes its own decision. We give your case its strongest, most accurate filing — and we tell you plainly when a request is unlikely to succeed.
We only act on content you’re entitled to act on. That means content you own, content you appear in, or content you are legally authorized to act on. We never file on someone else’s behalf without proof of authority.
How long does it take?
We usually file within one business day of receiving your signed authorization. Platform response times vary — from hours to several weeks. You’ll see every update in your case tracker.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Only the team members working your case can see your files. Sensitive images stay blurred in our system unless someone needs to view them, and every view is logged. We delete evidence and ID documents on a fixed schedule after your case closes.
Do you need my password?

What does “authorization” mean?
It’s a signed form that lets us act as your agent for specific links, platforms and actions you choose. It has a set duration, and you can revoke it in writing at any time.
What can’t you remove?
Content that is lawful and within a platform’s rules — for example genuine reviews, news reporting, or criticism that isn’t defamatory. We also can’t act on content you don’t own, don’t appear in, or aren’t authorized to act on. We’ll tell you up front.
How do I pay?
Through the itemized invoice we send you on Telegram after you sign the authorization. Pay only through that invoice. Work starts once your payment is confirmed. We never ask you to pay anyone else.
What’s your refund policy?
